Ryan and his team did an amazing job “relandscaping” our yard. We were not completely happy with another company’s work and contacted Lawns by St John after we saw the amazing work they did at other homes in our neighborhood. As with many companies with good online reviews, I was not sure what to expect when I contracted with Lawns by St John to install 8 pallets of sod. What I received was beyond my expectations. The crew showed up on time - after contacting me the day before to give me an ETA. The sod was perhaps the best quality sod I have ever seen. The crew then did the job quickly, efficiently, and then went above and beyond to use every last piece of sod, repairing other areas of my yard that were thin or damaged by pests. They then completely cleaned my cul-de-sac of dirt that had been left by another crew who had done work at the house without even asking. Great job. Great attitude. Great pricing. Lawns by St. John, in my experience, have been fantastic! Ryan, the owner, is so responsive and professional. His crews are efficient and thorough, often doing the extra work, trimming, and debris removal, without asking! Prices are very competitive, but the SERVICE and follow-up is what sets these guys apart!! Broken sprinkler heads and outdoor lighting gets bumped and these guys immediately take ownership and fix problems. Ryan and his team are my lawn care professionals. When I first bought my house, they ripped out a lot of outdated, ugly bushes and low hedges from my front and backyards and installed fresh sod. Recently, I added a pool to my backyard. My lawn was pretty torn up, so I hired Ryan to re-sod the backyard and put in a simple, rinse off cold water shower.
