Ryan and his team are my lawn care professionals. When I first bought my house, they ripped out a lot of outdated, ugly bushes and low hedges from my front and backyards and installed fresh sod. Recently, I added a pool to my backyard. My lawn was pretty torn up, so I hired Ryan to re-sod the backyard and put in a simple, rinse off cold water shower. Ryan's guys are all respectful young men that work hard to make their customer happy. My yard is beautiful again and I can't wait to use the shower when the weather warms up! I'd hire these guys in a second!
Lawns By St. John has brought customer service back to the industry! Ryan and his team maintain two large commercial properties for us, and does an impeccable job. Ryan is very responsive, and addresses any concerns the same week. If you’re bouncing around ideas for design, or have questions about the best way to go about a project or concern, Ryan is there you. If you’re looking for a few words to sum up Lawns by St. John, I’d say communicative, detail oriented, prideful, and just caring of you as a customer, and the final product that they produce. We used Lawns By St. John for sod placement of our entire front and back yard (~20 pallets). Ryan and his team helped us redesign our backyard and were in close contact throughout the entire process. From ground-prep all the way to months after install Ryan and his team were involved and it was obvious they were invested in ensuring we were happy with our yard. We are 4 months removed from install and our yard looks fantastic. We also used them for weekly yard maintenance and everyone in his crew was friendly, professional, and skilled in their trade. I would highly recommend Lawns By St. John.

Ryan put in a granite stone driveway for our RV. Ryan and his crew were professional and did amazing work. We were pleasantly surprised about how great it looks. He did everything he promised and got the job done by our desired deadline. I plan to hire him again in the future for landscape design. He's very talented and a pleasure to work with. Ryan's team came out and did an incredible job working with our limited access space to install the two mule palms we had purchased. They prepared the area, installed, gave instruction on care, and left the space all cleaned up. I would highly their services as they were professional and took great care in the job they did for us. We hope to use them again for future services!

I had them do some pressure washing around my house. I was very pleased with the results. The price was fair and quality surpassed my expectations.
Ryan and his team do an awesome job maintaining my lawn every week. I’ve also used his services to remove and relocate trees throughout my property on several occasions. His prices are fair, he is knowledgeable about landscaping generally, and he is reliable (which is tough to find in the lawn care field these days).
Ryan and his team did an amazing job “relandscaping” our yard. We were not completely happy with another company’s work and contacted Lawns by St John after we saw the amazing work they did at other homes in our neighborhood. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Ryan actually came by a few days after to check on the new palms and to make sure we were completely satisfied and to see if there were any tweaks needed. Lawns by St John also maintain our lawn weekly. The team does a great job. They are professional, responsive and address any concerns we have. Thanks to the entire team for a job well done!
Called them up and they were able to get to the property the next day to quote and do the job. Very professional and easy to work with. They run their business like they're in the 21st century, meaning they can be contacted easily via text, email and phone. Paid them using Venmo so that was convenient as well. Fair pricing. Ryan and team took on a huge project for our neighborhood which had years of outdated shrubs/plants. In a blink, Ryan and team ripped out the old and set forth an incredible transformation! Ryan & crew have been servicing our yard for almost a year now. Our experience with them has been nothing but positive. They completely transformed our yard with a sod installation and since then, they redid our landscaping in our back yard! I wish I could post pictures, they are worth 1000 words. Superior service
I hired Lawns By St.Johns to install some underground piping that attaches to my gutters. The job was completed as expected, and they even took care of some minor things around my yard that had gone unnoticed on my part. They were very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again.

Ryan and his team are the best in town! We need a backyard transformation and they knocked it out of the park. They started as advisers, helping us build a vision for what our backyard could be. From there, they executed on cutting down a few trees, leveling our land, and laying the perfect sod for what we needed. We were so impressed with their work, we had them come back to replace our entire wood fence. His team is professional, on time, and takes pride in their work. I used these guys for artificial turf and I’ve got to say it was the best decision I’ve ever made low to no maintenance and absolutely beautiful. Their crew is on time every morning hard-working, super polite consummate professionals in the industry would hire again 1 million times over.

Ryan and his team did a fantastic job transforming our flower bed into something truly spectacular. We used Granite Stone, and added an arrangement of tropical palms and plants. The entire process of designing the bed was great. Ryan made plenty of suggestions as to what flower & plants would not only look great but perform well given the amount of sun the area gets. We could not be happier with how the project turned out, and will absolutely be calling Ryan for future projects!
