We had a great experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and Ryan consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time. He even added extra dirt to level the yard properly without expecting any additional payment because he wanted the finished result to be right. What really stood out was his commitment after the installation. He provides a 30-day guarantee on the sod and has checked in at least weekly—often more—to see how the grass is doing and answer any questions. It's clear he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers' satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ryan and his company to anyone looking for quality sod installation.

I couldn't be happier with the work from Lawns By St. John! They completely transformed our yard with a full resod, fresh rock installation, beautiful coquina boulders, and new landscape borders. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent from start to finish, and the crew was professional and courteous. The staff does good work, they are friendly, knowledgeable and listen and answer and repair all of our questions.

We have been using their services for over a year and have been happy with the results and will continue to use them! My only feedback to them is better consistency of reoccurring service days. I’m never sure when they are going to come that week and it can make planning difficult. They do offer a text system but I’ve found even if they text they are coming they can still not show. If that could improve I would have zero complaints

Fantastic landscape company! The owner and employees are friendly and easy to work with paying attention to all details. I highly recommend Lawns by St. John for large landscape transformations, weekly lawn maintenance and or planting beds and mulching. Your yard will look fabulous when they are done!

Reliable and good work

Ryan impressed us with his first visit to give us an appraisal. We were not happy with our lawn maintenance service especially with their lack of communication and seeing a new team every other week. Ryan walked the yard with us and pointed out areas for improvement. He even recommended a great company to feed our lawn and get the weeds and pests under control. Our lawn has never looked so good. We will talk with him in the near future about attacking other problems. We highly recommend.
