Sod

We’ve been really happy with Lawns by St John! I love that I never have to worry about whether they’re going to show up each week—they’re reliable, consistent, and do a great overall job keeping our yard looking nice. It’s one less thing I have to think about, which I really appreciate!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the landscape work performed today by Lawns by St. John’s! They removed old shrubs, added new shrubbery, performed tree maintenance, added top soil to the struggling lawn, etc. The crew worked tirelessly and made certain all was completed per my 100% approval! I highly recommend St. John’s for all landscaping and lawn care!

Working with Ryan St. John has been a great experience. He is knowledgeable and informative, as a community manager his attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I look forward to working with him on additional projects in the future!

I hired Lawns by St John to clean out my flower beds, and they did an incredible job. They were professional, efficient, and left everything looking absolutely pristine and refreshed. It completely transformed the look of my yard. I highly recommend them if you need quality yard work done right!

Ryan’s team does amazing work!

Awesome job and very professional in every aspect. I’m definitely going to use again and recommend to customers in the real estate industry.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and Ryan consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time. He even added extra dirt to level the yard properly without expecting any additional payment because he wanted the finished result to be right. What really stood out was his commitment after the installation. He provides a 30-day guarantee on the sod and has checked in at least weekly—often more—to see how the grass is doing and answer any questions. It's clear he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers' satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ryan and his company to anyone looking for quality sod installation.

I followed Kory over with lawns by St. John’s and not only do Ike & Kory show up consistently they do a great job. 10/10 if you near the beaches hit lawns by St. John up

Very detail oriented and consistent service! I know my lawn is in good hands with Lawns By St John. Ike and Kory are very friendly and great at what they do. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the work from Lawns By St. John! They completely transformed our yard with a full resod, fresh rock installation, beautiful coquina boulders, and new landscape borders. The pricing was fair, communication was excellent from start to finish, and the crew was professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Beaches area looking for quality landscaping work.

Shane and John have been doing an excellent job on our yard work. It's the closest I've seen to my own work in a long time. Great team Ryan!

The staff does good work, they are friendly, knowledgeable and listen and answer and repair all of our questions.

We have been using their services for over a year and have been happy with the results and will continue to use them! My only feedback to them is better consistency of reoccurring service days. I’m never sure when they are going to come that week and it can make planning difficult. They do offer a text system but I’ve found even if they text they are coming they can still not show. If that could improve I would have zero complaints

Fantastic service and fantastic crew/ownership! Courteous, trustworthy, polite, and ethical!! 💯‼️ Thank you for the years of service already performed and the many years to come! God bless and thank you for what you do!

Fantastic landscape company! The owner and employees are friendly and easy to work with paying attention to all details. I highly recommend Lawns by St. John for large landscape transformations, weekly lawn maintenance and or planting beds and mulching. Your yard will look fabulous when they are done!
